We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager/Manager, Workforce Planning to lead our Supply Chain Workforce Planning team. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will play a pivotal role in determining the long-term strategic approach to optimize our labor allocation and maximize our labor outputs in support of the success and growth of our Supply Chain operations.

About the Role

The Senior Manager/Manager, Workforce Planning, will lead the team to:

  • Work with Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Data analysis and working with large data sets
  • Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Scheduling or workforce planning software
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
