Key responsibilities will include calling on architects and designers to promote the company's line of products, providing ongoing education and support, and following projects through to completion to "hold the spec." The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting regular training and education meetings and lunch and learns with clients, hosting and attending industry events and trade shows, and supporting local distributor reps as the territory manufacturers rep and product line expert.
The ideal candidate will have some previous experience working as a Specification Sales Representative, Inside Sales catering to A&D, or as a Distributor or Manufacturers Representative who has called on Specifiers. An education, background, or passion for interior design will also be viewed as an advantage.
