- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure a steady and efficient flow of raw materials and components.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years in a Supervisory or Management role in a plant environment preferably building materials i.e.: doors, windows, roofing.
- Experience in continuous improvement and procedure implementation.
- Energetic, hands-on management style and the ability to get buy-in from all departments.
