As a Greenhouse Horticulture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our greenhouse and nursery facilities. This includes managing staff, ensuring the maintenance of our equipment, and implementing best practices in greenhouse management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture, with experience in greenhouse operations, plant care, and staff management. A valid forklift operator certification is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of greenhouse operations, including climate control, irrigation, and fertilization
  • Experience in staff management, including training, supervision, and performance evaluation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality
  • Valid forklift operator certification and a valid driver's license
Benefits

Niagara Tulips offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.

Work Environment

Our greenhouse and nursery facilities are located in a cold/refrigerated environment, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
