Operations Manager Job Description

As an Operations Manager at Tahinis Franchising Corporation, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our food establishments. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms. Ensure accurate financial records and maintain a high level of transparency.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess the performance of team members and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the right products at the right time. This includes tracking inventory levels, managing stockroom procedures, and implementing efficient inventory management systems.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in our food establishments. This includes maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to food safety guidelines, and implementing procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Marketing and Customer Service: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and attract new customers. Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure that our customers receive excellent service.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our food establishments run smoothly and efficiently. This includes monitoring productivity, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize performance.
Requirements

To be successful as an Operations Manager at Tahinis Franchising Corporation, you will need to have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in a related field. You will also need to have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a team player, you will need to be able to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals. You will also need to be able to problem-solve effectively, think critically, and make sound decisions in a timely manner.
