Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at W & M Wire & Metal Product Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and providing ongoing support to clients after sale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Deliver sales presentations and prepare sales contracts
  • Provide input into product design and tailor goods or services to suit client's needs
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Resolve product and service related problems and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists and estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of sales experience in manufacturing and industrial products
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and reliability
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
