Strategic Development Director

The Operation Mobilisation Canada is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Strategic Development Director to lead our organizational development efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned executive to join our team and drive strategic growth.
About the RoleWe are offering a competitive salary of $150,000-$200,000 per annum, plus benefits, including dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, vision care benefits, and life insurance.
This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, with expertise in allocating resources, managing teams, and implementing organizational policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in senior leadership roles, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
The Strategic Development Director will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing organizational strategies to drive growth and innovation;
- Leading cross-functional teams to achieve key objectives;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to build partnerships and secure funding;
- Maintaining effective relationships with regional, national, and international organizations;
The successful candidate will possess:
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically;
- Experience with budget management, financial planning, and resource allocation;
This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The preferred candidate will have a high degree of flexibility and be able to work independently, under pressure, and as part of a team.
