About the Role

As a Sales Associate at Mountain Warehouse, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. This role requires a candidate who is available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Replenish store stock, maintain visual standards, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store environment.
