Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Automotive Parts Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, recommending aftermarket auto parts and accessories, and working closely with colleagues to source and deliver solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service experience, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recommend aftermarket auto parts and accessories to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to source, order, and deliver the right solutions for our customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive products and technologies, and share your knowledge with colleagues and customers.
  • Perform a variety of tasks throughout the store to ensure the team's success, including receiving and stocking inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in the automotive industry or sales, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive products and technologies, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift items up to 50lbs.
