We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Optical Sales Associate to join our team at FYidoctors. As part of our dynamic and close-knit clinic, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our patients' lives while working in a rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate clients on the best eyewear choices for their lifestyle and preferences
- Inform patients about advances in corrective eyewear solutions and technologies
- Interpret optical prescriptions and perform frame measurements to ensure accurate fits
- Manage retail displays and contribute to sales goals by promoting high-quality eyewear products
- Communicate effectively with patients, providing exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
- Customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Comfort using technology and computer systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
- Professional and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
