About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our team at Bukhari Law Professional Corporation. As a Law Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting our lawyers in the preparation and presentation of cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Preparation: Assist lawyers in the preparation of court documents, including pleadings, motions, and other legal papers.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analyze complex legal issues to provide accurate and timely information to lawyers.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize files, records, and other documents related to cases.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in law or a related field is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months of experience in a law firm or related field is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
