Principal Technical Support Engineer

Seismic is seeking a highly skilled Principal Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Support Engineering organization, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our customers. Your primary focus will be on resolving complex technical issues and providing guidance to our customers on the use of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve complex technical issues and provide guidance to customers on the use of our platform
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Expert knowledge of cloud services and tools supporting cloud operations
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
