Job Description:

As a Program Supervisor with Share Family & Community Services Society, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community programs. This role involves working closely with the Director of Programs and Services to ensure that program goals and contract requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and monitor services and activities to ensure alignment with program goals and contract requirements
  • Ensure services and activities are provided within the context of program philosophy, values, and principles
  • Prepare and maintain budgets for various programs
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with community members, families, funders, donors, and collateral community groups
  • Ensure client complaints and concerns are addressed promptly and documented in a way that promotes positive outcomes
Requirements:
  • Diploma in social work, community psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of community program-related experience with supervision experience
