Community Program Manager

Under the guidance of the Director of Programs and Services – Community Programs, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of community programs. This role requires flexibility in working some evenings and weekends as program needs dictate, as well as traveling within the community served to meet the responsibilities of the position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and monitor services and activities to ensure goals of persons and communities are served, program goals and contract requirements and outcomes are being met and appropriate service/activities provided.
- Ensure that services and activities are provided within the context of program and Agency philosophy, values, and principles as laid out in the Program Policies and Procedures Manual and Agency Personnel Policies.
- Prepare and maintain budgets for a variety of programs.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with community members, families, funders, donors, and collateral community groups.
- Ensure that client complaints and concerns are dealt with and documented promptly in ways that promote positive outcomes for the person served and the program.
