The Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Program Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide essential support to program participants and facilitate their learning experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to program participants and promote active engagement and learning.
  • Follow lesson plans delivered by the Skills Coach and adapt to participant needs as required.
  • Foster peer-to-peer interaction and socialization amongst program participants.
  • Encourage participants to independently participate in activities.
Key Qualifications
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Previous experience supporting Autistic individuals and other diverse abilities an asset but not required.
  • Rlevant post-secondary education and first aid certification an asset.
  • Able to work collaboratively with Onsite Supervisor, Coaches, and Volunteers.
