Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Casual Office Coordinator to join our Youth Crisis Response Program team. In this role, you will provide administrative support, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen and prioritize incoming materials and calls for the attention of program staff.
  • Coordinate workflow, gathering and compiling information, organizing administrative procedures, and directing referrals to appropriate staff.
  • Type various documents, including reports, evaluations, consultations, and correspondence from drafts or dictation.
  • Perform receptionist duties, answer phones, take messages, and redirect calls as needed.
  • Provide information to patients and families on available community resources.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and post-secondary certificate in office administration, supplemented by medical terminology courses and three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
