Job Summary:

Woodbridge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our global team engagement and talent management initiatives. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive employee engagement, retention, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of global teammate engagement and talent management programs
  • Collaborate with business leaders to integrate Woodbridge's values and behaviors into key talent management practices and engagement programs
  • Design and implement internal communications strategies to promote company culture and employer branding
  • Partner with Woodbridge Cares to manage the global community program and ensure consistency in brand development
  • Develop and implement talent pipeline development, career path framework, and talent development programs
  • Lead the talent management process from end-to-end, prioritizing the enhancement of leadership bench strength
  • Generate teammate-targeted learning plans through consolidation of total company capability assessment reviews and other learning needs analysis
  • Identify best practices for teammate/leader/executive training assessment needs to determine new program development

Requirements:

  • Exceptional written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present a human resource perspective to senior leadership
  • Experience in talent management, employee engagement, and internal communications
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of HR best practices
  • Ability to work globally with diverse stakeholders at all levels
