Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to provide administrative support to the clients and staff of the evening English Language program within our Language Services department.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide a welcoming environment for clients and staff
* Act as receptionist for the building
* Respond to inquiries related to our services and programming
* Oversee office and equipment maintenance requests
* Take care of clients' complete registration cycle

Requirements

* High School Diploma; post-secondary education in Office Administration
* 1-3 years of experience providing administrative services
* Strong technological skills and proficiency in using MS Office Suite
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Work Environment

This is an in-person position with a 16 hour work week. The target starting date for this position is August 6, 2024. There is a six-month probationary period for this position.
