About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Assistant to join our team at Ryanne Construction Inc. As a Construction Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our construction operations and ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading construction materials, equipment, and supplies from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Site Preparation: Help prepare construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up scaffolding and other equipment.
  • Material Handling: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment by cleaning and piling salvaged materials, and removing rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work on equipment and tools, and assist in repairing damaged or broken equipment.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures, and reporting any hazards or incidents to supervisors.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
