Digital Media Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager to join our team at Search Engine People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing paid media strategies and campaigns for our clients across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage paid media campaigns across Search (SEM), Display, Video, and Social platforms.
- Own and manage monthly budgets and spends, forecasting campaign budgets to ensure high ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and generate reports measuring against client KPIs.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure good health and identify opportunities to scale.
- Investigate and report on campaign concerns, acting as a pivotal resource for platform support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with the Account Management Team to ensure client success.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) role with Paid Advertising experience, including Google, Microsoft Ads, Display, and Social platforms.
- Experience managing large client budgets.
- Experience with digital reporting, tagging, tracking, and analytics, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with a proactive approach to campaign management.
- Strong communication skills to develop and maintain close relationships with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with a team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
