Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing Testforce's brand recognition and increasing its presence in the test and measurement industry.

This position involves designing and executing marketing campaigns to grow revenue through digital media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data across multiple channels to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow Online Presence: Develop and implement strategies to increase Testforce's online visibility and engagement.
  • Website Management: Design, update, and maintain websites and content management systems to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality content that adds value for suppliers and customers.
  • Event Planning: Assist in the preparation and organization of seminars, workshops, trade shows, and other events.
  • Cross-Media Advertising: Develop advertising campaigns that incorporate strong analytical measurement capabilities.
  • Content Optimization: Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research for organic and paid content to improve search engine results rankings.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Evaluate website/campaign analytics to assess KPIs, identify end-user patterns, and make recommendations to improve website/campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Education: University degree or college diploma in marketing or communication, with a preference for those with specializations in web development, digital marketing, public relations, e-commerce, or related disciplines.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of HTML, website content management systems (Magento), Search Engine Optimization, and shopping engines. Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs.
  • Experience: Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Act-On.
