This role requires a skilled professional who can grow revenue through digital media by designing and executing marketing campaigns, extracting and analyzing data across multiple channels, and collaborating with the marketing team and multiple business units to create valuable content for suppliers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow Online Presence: Develop and implement strategies to increase Testforce's online visibility and engagement.
  • Website Management: Design, update, and maintain websites and content management systems to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that adds value for suppliers and customers, including blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters.
  • Event Planning: Assist in the preparation and organization of seminars, workshops, trade shows, and other events to promote Testforce's products and services.
  • Cross-Media Advertising: Develop and implement cross-media advertising campaigns that incorporate strong analytical measurement capabilities.
  • SEO and Content Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and update website links to improve search engine rankings.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Evaluate website and campaign analytics to assess key performance indicators, identify user patterns, and make recommendations to improve website and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Education: University degree or college diploma in marketing or communication, with a specialization in web development, digital marketing, public relations, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of HTML, website content management systems (Magento), Search Engine Optimization, and shopping engines, as well as experience with marketing automation platforms such as Act-On.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
