Job Overview
Amazon's Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team is dedicated to ensuring the well-being of our employees. As a Health and Safety Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to join our WHS team. In this position, you will work closely with site managers, specialists, and other teams to provide first aid support, promote health and wellness, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities
• Provide first aid support and refer AAs to outside medical providers as needed
• Minimize AA risk through awareness, education, and proactive engagement
• Maintain records of care provided to AAs
• Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work programs for AAs with work-related injuries
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports
• Engage with AAs and leadership on operations floors to promote healthy work habits
• Maintain a clean working environment and ensure appropriate medical supply inventory
• Participate in training and certification to maintain first aid, CPR, and AED credentials

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid first aid certification (CPR/AED Level A or C)
• One of the following: PCP Certification, RPN, or Military Medical Technician experience
• Experience with workers' compensation and OSHA regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping

Salary Range
$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
