Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst - Real Estate to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in helping to improve process efficiency and accuracy in our monthly accounting activities. You will be responsible for collaborating closely with the Finance Director to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our financial reporting, as well as identifying and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting

  • Collaborate with the Finance Director to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our financial reporting
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and balance sheet accounts
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts receivable/payable
  • Develop and implement internal controls to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our financial reporting
  • Consolidate financial data from multiple companies
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports

Acquisition/Disposition Management

  • Manage the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of real estate transactions
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of real estate data

Financial Analysis

  • Develop and implement financial models to analyze the profitability of real estate assets
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
