  • Financial Statement Preparation: Participate in the preparation of financial statements, including journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses of ledger accounts.
  • Inventory Management: Reconcile consignment inventories and ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels.
  • Internal Control Monitoring: Print and monitor internal control reports on a daily basis to identify and address any discrepancies.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare files for internal and external verification, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Expense Report Validation: Validate expense reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Check Verification: Verify check media to prevent errors and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Supplier Account Reconciliation: Reconcile supplier account statements to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.

Requirements
