Overview

The Clinical Associate Program Manager plays a critical role in the success of our Patient Support Programs. As a leader in program management, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program, including managing teams, developing processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of program managers and coordinators to achieve program objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve program performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including team members, Program Manager, and external partners.
  • Conduct regular quality audits to ensure accuracy of workflows and client-specific processes.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and work instructions to support program operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on Pharmacovigilance guidelines and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver program-related services.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Registered Nursing Program or Registered Practical Nursing Program holding current registration from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Bilingual FR/EN preferred.
  • Pharmaceutical program experience required, with knowledge of Blood Bank processes being an asset.
  • Strong combination of project management, performance analytics, client management, case management, and people skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and make decisions using sound judgment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with PIPEDA and its application in a confidential patient environment.
