Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Delivery Manager to join our Central Region Body Worn Camera unit in London, ON. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of programs and client services related to body worn cameras and digital evidence management.

This is an indeterminate AS-05 vacancy that offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced police environment. If you possess excellent communication skills, project management expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality results, we encourage you to apply.

Main Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Develop, implement, and monitor projects related to body worn cameras and digital evidence management, ensuring timely completion and alignment with RCMP objectives.
  • Client Services: Provide exceptional service to clients, senior management, government departments, and external stakeholders, identifying needs and responding to inquiries through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Custody and Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure the secure use of physical and digital assets, computer systems, and related software.
  • Financial Responsibilities: Manage contracts, budgets, and expenditures as required, providing financial oversight and guidance to support program delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Education: A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
  • Experience: Analyzing legislation, regulations, or policies; giving advice or recommendations regarding interpretation; developing and delivering presentations or training materials; and planning, coordinating, implementing, or managing projects.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Thinking Things Through, Client Service Orientation, Teamwork, Being Action-Oriented, and Demonstrating Integrity and Respect.
