Salary & Benefits:
$55,000 - $65,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced executive chef who can maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs;
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and ordering supplies as needed;
- Scheduling and supervising kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery;
- Conducting regular kitchen inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards;
- Collaborating with the events team to tailor menus for corporate events and parties;
Required Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 5 years of experience as an executive chef or sous chef in a fast-paced restaurant or event space environment;
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Certification in food safety and handling (e.g., ServSafe).
