Job Title: Office Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Canada Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Train and mentor new staff members on administrative procedures and policies.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
