About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our People and Culture team at NorLand Limited. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a best-in-class recruitment program to attract industry-leading hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for hourly and salaried roles across the organization.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent acquisition needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Manage the recruitment budget and ensure effective use of resources to drive tangible results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Promote and live the NorLand Values through all interactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading volume recruitment programs for unionized hourly and salaried roles in a complex business environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of employer brand and social recruitment strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
