Job Summary:
Robert Half is seeking a skilled Recruitment Manager to lead a team of 7-10 Recruitment Associates in South Burnaby. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a Recruitment Leadership role and a strong track record of delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 7-10 Recruitment Associates
- Distribute recruitment requests to team members
- Oversee recruitment reports and statistics
- Full cycle recruitment of senior roles
- Meet own recruitment targets and lead the team to achieve their targets
- Oversee in-person and virtual career fairs
- Perform performance management and metrics management
Requirements:
- CPHR Designation or working towards Designation
- HR Education
- 5-10 years of experience in a Recruitment Leadership role
- Strong task delegation and production skills
- Results-driven leader
