Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cannabis Operations and Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Maintenance Site and Facilities team, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of our physical plant and related building equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily operations and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth running of our Cogeneration Plant and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
  • Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and perform basic maintenance tasks to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Monitor and report on BAS performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as maintenance, operations, or facilities management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building automation systems, cogeneration plants, and related equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
