Job Summary

Aurora Cannabis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cannabis Cultivation Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our flower rooms. As a key member of our cultivation team, you will be responsible for managing cultivation teams, ensuring adherence to protocols, optimizing plant health, and maximizing yield.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead cultivation teams working in the flower rooms, assigning tasks and overseeing daily activities related to flowering, pruning, and maintenance.
  • Monitor and manage the flowering process, overseeing the care, growth, and health of flowering cannabis plants.
  • Implement cultivation schedules, nutrient plans, and pest management strategies specific to the flowering phase.
  • Enforce compliance with cultivation protocols, regulatory standards, and hygiene practices within the flower rooms.
  • Maintain accurate records of cultivation activities within the flower rooms, including growth metrics, inventory levels, and flowering schedules.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field; or equivalent experience in cultivation management.
  • 3+ years of experience in cannabis cultivation, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role focused on flowering cannabis plants.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations governing cultivation practices within the cannabis industry.
