We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Dana Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for the preparation of high-quality meals, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals according to client scheduling and menu plans, adhering to budget guidelines and quality standards.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and Safe Food Handling/Health Unit regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory, maintain accurate records of meals served, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment, responding to client needs and food preferences as necessary.
Requirements
  • Culinary Experience: Minimum 2 years of cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Certifications: Food Handlers Certificate (preferred).
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
