Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college or university degree preferred.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
