About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to support the day-to-day marketing efforts for HeyAuto and BigGeo, ensuring our communication strategies resonate with our audience.

In this role, you will collaborate across teams to maintain brand consistency while driving engagement and visibility for our brands. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in daily marketing tasks, spanning social media, email campaigns, PR, and content creation
  • Designing and refining marketing materials such as graphics, social posts, and basic videos using tools like Canva and Figma
  • Crafting compelling content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and other marketing channels, with opportunities to leverage AI for idea generation and editing
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure uniformity in messaging, branding, and strategic execution
  • Scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and supporting community-building efforts on social media
  • Conducting keyword research and contributing to SEO optimization for online content
  • Assisting in planning and executing paid ads, partnerships, and communication strategies
  • Tracking and analyzing the success of marketing initiatives to identify areas of improvement

You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
  • BASIC understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and social media analytics
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced tools for marketing and content creation is a plus
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
  • Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Bonus if you know how to video edit
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and marketing trends

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and innovation.
