About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team at Broadstreet Properties Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring revenue performance and providing strategic business analyses in support of corporate goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to maximize revenue growth
  • Analyze market trends and conditions to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with regional operations to ensure company goals are achieved
  • Design and develop clear and concise reports for various audiences
  • Provide analytical and data interpretations to Regional Operations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, including advanced formulas and modelling
  • Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Access, PowerPoint, Power BI)
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff, including technical, professional, and senior management
  • Flexibility, strong commitment to meeting deadlines, and solid decision-making skills
