We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at G. Central Market Inc.
Job Summary:The Head Cashier will be responsible for managing the cash handling process, supervising cashiers, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Cash Handling: Authorize payments by cheque, order merchandise, and manage cash.
- Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of cashiers.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Urban area, retail business, supermarket/grocery store.
- Health Benefits: Health care plan.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
