We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at G. Central Market Inc.

Job Summary:

The Head Cashier will be responsible for overseeing the cash handling process, managing cashiers, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash transactions
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of cashiers
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Work Environment:

The Head Cashier will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth cash handling process.
