Head Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at G. Central Market Inc.
Job Summary:The Head Cashier will be responsible for managing the cash handling process, supervising cashiers, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage cash handling procedures, including counting and reconciling cash and making bank deposits.
- Supervise and train cashiers to ensure they are meeting customer service standards and following company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash handling area and surrounding areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- 1-2 years of experience in a cash handling role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
The Head Cashier will work in a retail environment with frequent exposure to cash handling equipment and software.
Language:English.
Work Hours:35-40 hours per week.
