We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Care Representative to join our team at MyHealth Centre. As a Patient Care Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, providing exceptional patient care, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Reception: Greet patients, obtain necessary documentation, and ensure patient preparation for exams.
- Patient Flow: Assist technologists, perform ECGs, and work alongside physicians to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, filing systems, and ensure timely delivery of reports.
- Equipment Operations & Maintenance: Operate office equipment, report malfunctions, and maintain logbooks for infection prevention and control protocols.
- Reporting: Ensure patient reports are delivered, distributed, and faxed expediently, while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Safety: Follow company and government regulations, and maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- 0-2 years of related experience.
- Diploma in Medical Office Administration or related field.
- Computer literacy, minimum typing speed of 35wpm, and excellent telephone etiquette.
- Good command of the English language, excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong ability to multi-task.
- Adherence to PHIPA, and CPR & First Aid Certification is encouraged.
