We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Care Representative to join our team at MyHealth Centre. As a Patient Care Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our diagnostic centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and their families
- Manage patient flow and coordinate appointments and procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems
- Operate office equipment and perform administrative tasks
- Assist with workflow and provide support to other staff members
- 0-2 years of related experience
- Diploma in Medical Office Administration or related field
- Computer literacy and typing speed of 35wpm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
