Position Overview

As a Cleaning Services Manager, you will oversee the cleaning operations for various facilities, ensuring that all environments are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
Work Environment
  • Conditions: Noisy, odorous, dusty, and outdoors in all weather conditions
Work Setting
  • Relocation costs covered by employer
  • Office buildings, residential areas, rural and urban commercial buildings
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Recommend additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed
  • Establish and manage work schedules
Supervision

Responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 2 cleaning staff.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Engage in repetitive tasks that are physically demanding
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and performing bending, crouching, and kneeling tasks
