About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at PRF Mobile Washing. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or renovations, and recommend these to management.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and equipment to perform their duties.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Work Environment

As a Cleaning Operations Manager at PRF Mobile Washing, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Conditions: Noisy, odours, dusty, outdoors, all weather conditions
  • Work Setting: Office building, residential, rural area, commercial building, urban area
  • Supervision: 1 to 2 people
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
