The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing cleaning operations within various environments, ensuring that all cleanliness and safety standards are met. This role involves managing a team of cleaning staff and coordinating their activities effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
Work Environment
  • Exposure to noisy and dusty conditions
  • Working outdoors in all weather conditions
Work Setting
  • Relocation costs covered by employer
  • Experience in office buildings, residential, commercial, and urban areas
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Suggest or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, or renovations
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team
