Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at PRF Mobile Washing. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and equipment to perform their duties.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
As a Cleaning Operations Manager at PRF Mobile Washing, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel as part of your daily duties.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, physically demanding
- Work Setting: Office building, residential, rural area, commercial building, urban area
- Language: English
- Hours: 35 hours per week
