Facility Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at PRF Mobile Washing. This role is essential in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of various facilities.
Qualifications- Education: No formal education required
- Experience: Training will be provided
The position involves working in diverse conditions, including:
- All weather scenarios
- Urban and rural settings
- Office and commercial buildings
- Residential properties
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Utilizing industrial vacuum equipment to clear debris, dirt, and refuse
- Cleaning windows, interior walls, and ceilings
- Making minor adjustments and repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, while coordinating with professionals for significant repairs
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair
- Sanitizing bathrooms and fixtures
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 hours per week
