Personnel Search Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Vice President, Freight Brokerage to lead our freight brokerage division in North America. With a strong background in leadership and transportation logistics, this individual will oversee operations, sales, and administrative functions to drive growth and profitability.

About the Role

This pivotal position commands oversight of freight brokerage services and 3PL operations. As a key member of the Executive Team, you will collaborate closely with our sales team, sister companies, and existing client base to identify new business prospects and strategically expand throughout North America.

Responsibilities
  • Shape the strategic direction of the Freight Brokerage division in collaboration with the executive team.
  • Set short-term objectives and long-term growth targets while ensuring performance and financial goals are met.
  • Cultivate relationships with rail and intermodal service providers to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Maximize in-house capabilities and minimize reliance on external 3 and 4PL providers.

We are seeking an experienced leader with a university degree in business, logistics, or equivalent field, complemented by a CITT-Certified Logistics Professional (CCLP) designation or equivalent experience. A minimum of 10+ years of leadership in freight brokerage operations is required.
