About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Technologist to join our team at CANADA LTD. as part of our engineering department.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the building and testing of prototypes, assisting in design, development, and testing, preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports, writing specifications, inspecting, testing, and adjusting electronic components, calibrating electronic equipment and instruments, building and testing prototypes to specifications, collecting and compiling operational or experimental data, conducting or supervising the installation, commissioning, and operation of electrical and electronic equipment and systems, setting up and operating specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test, and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies, and systems, and completing work orders, test, and maintenance reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the building and testing of prototypes
  • Assist in design, development, and testing
  • Prepare estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports

  • Inspect, test, and adjust electronic components

  • Complete work orders, test, and maintenance reports
Requirements
  • Candidate must have a College/CEGEP education
  • Candidate must have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Candidate must be willing to relocate

Salary Information

Estimated salary: $$$60,000 - $80,000 per year
