Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Csky Windows Ltd. as an Administrative Support Coordinator.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including tasks such as:

Administrative Duties
  • Opening and distributing mail and other materials
  • Scheduling appointments and confirming details
  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
  • Preparing reports and maintaining digital databases
  • Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
  • Arranging travel and making reservations

In addition to these tasks, the ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, and be able to work independently with attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
